Can't send mail on Outlook Express

Hi.  I have two email accounts set up on outlook express 5.  One is an IMAP account, which is the primary account, and the other a POP3 account.  I can receive and send fine with the IMAP account, and receive only with the POP3 account.  Everytime I try to send something through the POP3 account, I get the following error message.

The connection to the server has failed. Account: 'pop.swinternet.co.uk', Server: 'smtp.junglelink.net', Protocol: SMTP, Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Socket Error: 10051, Error Number: 0x800CCC0E

I really need to be able to send stuff through this account.  Can anyone help me?

The problem isn't with receiving mail, it's sending it, ie the SMTP address.
Ahh I understand, sorry, mixed up the POP3/SMTP as send/receive instead of receive/send.

Have you already contacted your e-mail provider to find out the proper SMTP server address?

Have you specified the correct username and password for your user ID on that server?

Have you already tried to contact the admins of that server to see if the problem may be with your account on their end?
