I went into U.S. Robotic's site to upgrade my 2x Winmodem Fax (not a v.90, but a 56Kps) modem. When the download started, my internet connection disconnected and my computer froze. Now everytime I try to download any thing, the same thing happens. I can get e-mail and on to the Internet just fine. Do I need a new modem?<br />

Loosing Internet connection
