I want to retrieve same field's value with 2 different kind of relationship.

1)Caller contact name: ("Firstname from Contact Table")

Subcase --> Case --> Contact

subc2case --> Relationship name between subcase and case table.

case_reporter2contact --> Relationship name between case and contact.

2)Person Receiving Service:("Firstname from Contact Table")

Subcase --> Contact

sub2contact_svc --> Relationship name between subcase and contact table.

Here i want to put same field of same table in my report.But actually as i told you it should display different name in  my report.

How do i do that in Crystal report 8.0?

Please let me know step by step as soon as you can.

Thanks for your time in advance.

Thanks,

you can write the if else statement in the  two diffirent formulas depand on what condition you want to add. you can refer  the Crystal Report's Developer help file for the syntax, i am sure that it contains the information you want.
