ccnp 1.0 will retire on 7.31
i think i can't complete the ccnp 1.0 in 7.31.if i only finish 640-403 within 7.31 and not the all test.
should i take 640-503 again ?

Yep. You're in trouble! Don't even take 403 anymore, it's going to be worthless by august. Here's cisco's faq on the subject, but you will have to take 503, even if you already had 403.
