I have made sure that my HP ScanJet 3300C was installed properly and have downloaded a patch from <a href="http://www.hp.com" rel="ugc nofollow">www.hp.com</a>&nbsp;but still receive &quot;undefined program error has occured&quot; whenever I attempt a scan. &nbsp;Any suggestions? &nbsp;Thank you from a non-computer savvy girl.

I have made sure that my HP ScanJet 3300C was installed properly and have downloaded a patch from www.hp.com but still receive "undefined program error has occured" whenever I attempt a scan.  Any suggestions?  Thank you from a non-computer savvy girl.

Error Message
