Is there a way that you can share out your calender to someone else on your network so they can put entries into it?

the situation is ......my boss wishes to share his calender with his Personnal assistent so she can fill in entries but he does not want her to have access to his e-mail  etc.
Is there a way to set this up ?????

Yes there is. Have your boss make his Personal Assistant a delegate of his calendar, by right clicking on his calendar in the folder view, and selecting properties. Click on the permissions tab and then add the assistant and assign the appropriate permissions.
