I need to be able to:

When a person navigates to my page open a tcp/ip connection to another internet server. Once the connection is opened create a page for the person to fill out then post it to the same server via "POST". The other server matches the "POSTED" data and the data I sent via the tcp/ip connection and via the tcp/ip connection returns a error code.

I have done this using a VB exe but was wondering about a better solution, perhaps a server application any ideas would be appreciated.

Just download CGI-Expert controls from http://www.cgiexpert.com
There's a very good help file, integrated in Delphi.
