Switching between threads

In a Multithreaded application Is there any MFC function used to switch from one thread to another thread

No.

In Windows, threads run concurrently. The operating system gives each thread time quantums, and the threads use their quantums. When a thread is running, it will either execute for its full quantum, or release the balance of its quantum. A thread releases its quantum when it blocks on a waitable object (including waiting on the message pump) or when it calls the Sleep() API.

Winodws does not support directed yields.

If this doesn't answer your question, please be more specific. "Switch from one thread to another thread" might mean something different to you than it does to me.
