Transceiver for BNC to RJ-45

I would like to know if there is a device like a transceiver to convert 10base2 to 10baseT.  I have a junky decservers that can only connect through BNC.  So right now we use a hubs BNC port and the MDI port to connect it to the network.  However all the other ports are empty.  Is there something better?

There are media converters that can change from a medium to other.
The average price of these devices is US $ 125.
You can consult the following links
http://www.transition.com/products/mediacon/ecxtbt04.html
and
http://www.alliedtelesyn.co.uk/products/prod_details_uk.asp?lang=uk&Prod_ID=MC15&type=MEDIACONVERTER

You can buy one of them and connect the DEC stations to the BNC pot (daisy chain) an connect the UTP port to your UTP hubs (cascade).
