here is an easy way to allow the user of the program to dynamically create a hyperlink. Need to add a command button called Command1 and a label named Label1. Set Label1 autosize property to true, its caption blank and make its forecolor property to blue, mouse pointer property to 99-custom.

Private Sub Command1_Click()
Dim Caption As String, URL As String

Caption = InputBox("What do you want to call the link?", "Enter Caption")
URL = InputBox("What is the URL?", "Enter URL")
Label1.Caption = Caption
Label1.Tag = URL
End Sub

Private Sub Label1_Click()
Dim Explore As New InternetExplorer

Explore.Visible = True
Explore.Navigate Label1.Tag

Set Explore = Nothing

End Sub
