Adobe Movie editor?

Hi everybody.

Can some one explain to me which adobe product can edit video taped movies?
I also want to knoe, which software, hardware would I need to install to use that abobe product? Please explain the details.

The software is called Adobe Premier. The current version is 5.1. Thats all the software you need. As far as hardware goes...Any video card that provides for Video In will do the trick. The most notable are the ATI Xclaim cards or i believe its called the All In Wonder card for the PC. There is also a video caputer card from Iomega which has gotten wonderful reviews. Thats the long and short of it. Both those products will come with full documentation on how exactly to get your setup up and running. Its usually pretty simple. Cable from VCR to video card. Hit record in Premier and play on the VCR. Pretty self explanatory.

Hello Weed, I have a standard ATI video card that comes with DELL settings but I am not sure if it has input for video. I will check later on today. Sounds Great what you said. I appreciate your ease. Thanks

Have a look. If it does then youre in business and just need Adobe Premier.

Yeh I have to buy a special ATI CARD witrh input to a video recorder.
