screen capture for flash work

i need to capture images of few web pages and insert them in flash.i dont get good clarity when viewed as swf file....

First of all, how do you capture the screens.

If you are using print screen then one problem that i think you might be facing is that you would be scaling these images.

One thing that you have to ba careful about using bitmaps in flash is that after importing them to flash dont scale them. This makes the images appear distorted.

I am capturing images with paint shop pro.(i would like to know other options here...)

I am not scaling the images in flash.it looks good as a .fla file.

but when an exe or swf fileis made then it is getting distorted.

Then the problem might be with the image quality.

Go to publish settings and in there go to flash button and here jpeg quality 100%.

That's it.

just to close down this question.but i have been doing that...jpeg quality.
Any way i see that the pages have to be drawn and cannot be captured and used directly.thanx for your reply.
