WinLinux - Is it any good?

I heard about this program called WinLinux (http://winlinux.net).  Has anyone ever heard of it?  Is it any good? - is it worth getting? - is it too slow? - will it work?  thanks for your help!

Winlinux is a very easy to manage linux distribution, you can install it on your WINDOWS/PC and the only thing that you must to do is click next to install winlinux running Windows. At last you have a dual boot OS / PC. You don't have to make partitions or complex configurations is it good for new user that wants to migrate from Windows to linux step by step

It's good to remember that Any "Linux" installed on a non-ext2 filesystem won't allow you to enjoy all of Linux capabilities...
