telnet to sunsolaris as root

Can somebody let me know as to which file I have to edit so that I can login as root thro telnet to sun solaris 7 m/c.
If i try to log in it denies.
Please let me know

Edit the /etc/default/login file and comment out the CONSOLE=/dev/console line. I hope you dont require any sort of security on this machine!!
