I'm writing a vc++ MFC database program
using activeX DBGrid and remote data control to open an MS Access Database
(.mdb) file.
the problem is that i can't find a way
to open the database file from the program. The user is always prompted
to select the mdb file.
what to do?

Firstly go to settings/controll pannel/ODBC and name the DNS then try to connect your database
