I know this sound quite stupid question. But i'm new in this area. I've read some comments on the frotpage 2000 problem. i'm using the same FP2000. I've created a form and i've got a problem saying that my PWS don't have front page server extension. So, where i can get this file and where i should install it?

Got this form the MS Knowledge Base:
FP2000: How to Install FrontPage Server Extensions for MSPWS

SUMMARY
This article describes how to install the Microsoft FrontPage Server Extensions to the Microsoft Personal Web Server on a computer running Windows 95. This article assumes that both FrontPage and the Personal Web Server have been installed correctly.

MORE INFORMATION
To install the FrontPage Server Extensions, follow these steps:

In Windows Explorer, double-click the fpmmc.msc file located at the following hard drive location:

\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\Web Server Extensions\40\bin

On the Console menu, click Add/Remove Snap-in.

In the Add/Remove Snap-in dialog box, click Add.

In the Available Standalone Snap-ins window, click FrontPage Server Extensions.

Click OK.
Click OK again.

In the Console tree, right-click the web server you want to apply the extensions to.

On the shortcut menu, point to New, and then click Web.

Answer the questions in each screen of the Server Extensions Configuration Wizard.

Click Finish.

Maybe, if you have not had FP98 installed bofore installing FP2000 you don't even have the PWS installed. If there is the PWS installed, the installation routine will add the FrontPage extensions automatically.

For larger webs working with FP2000 without the PWS seems much faster and more stable to me than with it.

FP98 required the PWS, PF2000 does it not necessarily. While you can´t test some functions locally everything will work (your forms etc. ) when your web is published on a webserver at your hosting company with fp extensions. The forms to email function does not run on your local PWS anyway.

I already have the FP server extension installed on my machine. The situation is like this. I already created a form. Where the form should be place or reside? In the directory which already associated with FP server extension or can be tried from any folder? I've PWS installed on my machine.

Well, if you have installed the pws on your system you have to re-install fp2000 so that your webs are created in the c:\webshare\wwwroot\yourweb\ directory (This happens automatically when you install it in this order)

The pws works only for these directories. Attention: all your wwwroot directories are unprotected visible on your machine when you are conneted to the internet on a win95/win98 system!
