hello, i need a  dbaseIV toolkit, specificly--a repair kit, 'cause on of my tables "broke down".

Is your index corrupt, or is your table corrupt?
Index coorrupt: remove index file and regenarate index.

If your table is corrupt you have problem!!
You can try DBX. DBX gives you more tools to access tables and indices.
If you can not find dbx.exe on the internet, give me your e-mail adress and i will send it to you.

hey roberet i wold like the tool send me,, and don't worry if i'll like the tool(i probablt will) you'll get points..

dentener:i fixed my problem with some of your help ,, so you'll get the points for this question,,but i'm still looking for a better tool, so THANX ALOT

p.s. : what i did was using database-desktop -- i restructured the bad table(added an index to it , and then removed it) everything worked out fine..

so: robert ,please send me the tool, and dentener, you'll get the point
