Dear Experts,

How can I view a animation of an Animated
GIF file in my VB Project using Picture Box or Image
control?  Any other way to get it accomplished?

Can you please kindly give the syntax to
run a batch file from vb project?

                    Please help me.

go to project -> components and check off the microsoft internet control

you will see the little globe in your toolbox, stick it on the form and in your code use this:

webbrowser1.navigate "C:\mypath\mygif.gif"

But it should not view any shell window.
If it opens a shell window it should automatically
                    close it.
