Hello!

I want to know if it is possible to add the components ADO of Delphi 5 Enterprise into C++ Builder 4 Enterprise?

Or is there a patch for C++ Builder 4 to add these components?

thanks!

Sorry, but in short answer is: no!
More datils:
No ADO support frm Borland in BCB4.
There are some third party solutions for ADO out there;
See a list of Bde alternatives at
www.kylecordes.com
There is half a dozen of solutions, not including yet
another a freeware at
www.alohaoi.com
All of this is in Pascal, of course.

ADO support exist only in BCB5.
The Qestion is: may use ADO Express component of Delphi 5 in BCB 5?
I assumed they would be compatible, but a Borland salesperson I spoke
with claimed that you must buy the BCB version of ADO Express for use
with BCB 5(200$).
