Is there a tag in HTML that will change my text to small caps?

No, there is not.  Sorry!  I checked the reference documents and waited for others to answer.  Believe me, if it could be done, it would have been answered by now.  It is getting fierce around here with how fast people answer questions!

i guess i will just use the FONT tag and mess with its SIZE attribute.
