HP 3300 and a Mac?

Can a HP 3300c work with a Mac?  I have a G3 with USB ports but cannot find any software that will drive it.  I've even tried Scantastic but it doesn't have a driver for it either.  Does anyone know of where there might be a generic USB scanner driver or anything that might help me out?

No, there is no HP scannings SW for Mac available for the SJ3300C and to my knowledge there is no other 3rd party driver/scanning SW for this model (unlike for the 62xxC and 63xxC scanners, check e.g. www.secondglance.com).
