The User and Password are send to web server by InternetConnect function like this:
hConnect:=InternetConnect(hHttpSession,
            'www.webserv.ext',
   1-->     INTERNET_DEFAULT_HTTPS_PORT,
   2-->     'USERID',
   3-->     'PASSWORD',
            INTERNET_SERVICE_HTTP,
            0,
            0);
 2 is your User Id, 3 is the password. Note:
 1 specify that the connection is made through the SSL, if the connection is normal you must use:
 INTERNET_DEFAULT_HTTP_PORT
