I`m working at the moment on a pop-up window which by clicking an image, the
pop-up`s size should be changed, and by that showing the rest of the windows content.

If the image is inside the popup do this:

<a href="javascript:;" onClick="window.resizeTo(800,600); return false"><img src="resize.gif" border=0></A>

if it is in the window that opened it with

winId = window.open(....);

<a href="javascript:;" onClick="if (winId &&!winId.closed) winId.resizeTo(800,600); return false"><img src="resize.gif" border=0></A>
