Changing A User's Name & E-Mail Address

Common problem:

A woman get's married, changes her last name, and now wants her user name and e-mail address to reflect that change.

I come from a Notes environment.  In Notes, there are several ways people reflect that change.  What is the best way, in Exchange, to change her name in the GAL and change her e-mail address?

Thanks.

In Exchange Admin. Start the Admin program, find the user in the GAL and go to her properties. On the general tab you can change her last name. Doing this will automatically update her display name. Also change her alias to match her new account name (I am assuming you are changing her domain account name as well). Then go to the e-mail tab, double click the internet mail address and edit the name there. The changes will take a bit of time to sync accross your enviroment. The amount of time depends on the size of your enviroment, mabey 30 min max.
