IRQ Steering is how windows sorts out system devices that technically use the same IRQ's as others. If you have disabled ACPI in the BIOS or if you run a MoBo that requires 3rd party power management drivers this could cause the problem. McAfee's tends to be a bit paranoid at times and can find "phantom" problems, before you panic or take drastic action try getting a hold of SiSoft's Sandra, a very good perfrmonce checking tool.
