Win 98 start menu

Whenever I boot up a "Microsoft Win98 Start Menu" screen comes up. It gives me 6 choices. 1.Normal 2.logged 3.safe 4.step by step 5. command prompt only 6. safe mode command prompt.


So I choose normal and off I go. Or else it has a 26 second timer.

How do I get rid of this thing?

Go to
start
run
type in "msconfig"
go to the "advanced" tab
make sure the enable startup menu is not clicked.
