Whenever I boot up a &quot;Microsoft Win98 Start Menu&quot; screen comes up. It gives me 6 choices. 1.Normal 2.logged 3.safe 4.step by step 5. command prompt only 6. safe mode command prompt. <br />

So I choose normal and off I go. Or else it has a 26 second timer.<br />
