Importing Outlook Contacts to OE Address Book

I have a home pc with which I connect to my office via Dial Up Networking. At the office we e-mail internally and externally using Microsoft Outlook but for home use I utilise Outlook Express.
I recently brought my home pc into the office to quickly synchronize all folders on Outlook for my home pc and then at home I tried, unsuccessfully, to export the Outlook Contact list onto Outlook Express to save having to manually input over 400 addresses/numbers etc.

It has proved impossible to export the files to Outlook Express. I believe that there is filter software available to help the two programmes to speak to each other and facilitate transfer of info.

Ideally, the Contacts list in Outlook needs to be transferred to the OE Address Book. When I enter the OE Address Book and click File, Import, Address Book I am at a loss to find the right file/program to import from. Any ideas?

Very helpful. However, when I come to click on Comma Separated Values (DOS)I am told that the Import/Export engine is not installed and I must load the MS Office 2000 Premium Disc. I have lost the disc. Can I download it from anywhere?

Many thanks
I don't think so. Additionally, applying the Service Release 1 (SR-1) for Office also requires you to have the disc available. Without the SR-1 update will not proceed.
