How to change HTMLs online in IIS

Hi,
I wan't that every time my IIS send a HTML with the string "XXXXX", it will change it to "YYYYY". I need it to be done automatically. How can I program such thing ?

Do you also know how can I install a ISAPI filter under PWS on windows 98?

Sorry, I am not sure if PWS supports ISAPI filters.
