I have an HP Deskjet 600 printer (which is a colour printer but not 600C) which I want to add to my printer list on my new PC. &nbsp;I do not have the driver disks or any manual. &nbsp;I have downloaded printer drivers from Hewlett Packards web site but when I try to add printer through control panel using &quot;have disk&quot; there isn't the choice of HP Deskjet 600 on the list of available printers. &nbsp;The message says something like &quot;if your printer is not listed, look in the manual for compatible printer&quot; but as I do not have the manual I'm stuck. &nbsp;I have e-mailed Hewlett Packard with a request but haven't heard anything yet. &nbsp;Can you tell me how I can over-ride the list in the add printers menu or what is a compatible printer for the HP Deskjet 600?<br />
