missing images in edit view

Can anyone help? I am using FrontPage 2000 and have sites on an Intranet, and on two external providers who have 2000 extensions on their sites.
When I insert a new image it appears in edit view normally but if I save the file and go back to edit it again the image is not retrieved in edit view. It shows up OK in preview mode and in Internet Explorer OK. This only happens with external sites (freedom2surf.net and hostingUK.net) I am on a Novell 4/WinNT4 platform. When I load from home using Windows 98 there is no problem.
I have tried uninstalling and re-installing FP200 but this made no difference
any ideas would be appreciated

This generally happens that is to say for the association of your files of images and the program finder if a red x appears you have the broken bonds it proves re associating the lines of images to the IExplorer. That is to say it configures again manually with which each extension opens up and it places so that he/she opens up with IE for defect, it excuses this it is a translation because not much English habl.. good-bye any thing warns me... good-bye
