hi,
use formmail.cgi script from here:
http://www.worldwidemart.com/scripts/
very easy to set up only change about three lines (to set the emails address etc )

there are example there also and a faq about it.

ps.
it sends the form results back to you via email .
when you make your form you should set your forms fields with readable names like the address or email fields of the form you should give relevent names then when script send back result of someone filling in the form it is easily readable
you can then get back a email looking like:
address = 10 some road
email =   me@somewhere.com
interests = food,stuff,cooking
etc..

cheers Barry

Thanks for your help...
I m sure you will get this 100 points

only one thing is left that how do I display the inputs of the FORM on the next page for the conformation and then send.

I tried to display through <% Response.write(Request.form("Fname")) %>

It works fine but I don't know how do i put it back to the FORM.

you could try use another form on second page but make the fields of type hidden.pass text to new form from old form and submit on a confirmation ok button.this is much easier if using asp or database of sorts etc ..
another way could be to store the info in a cookie and read cookie on next page
into a file or hidden form to submit..
good idea would be go to somewhere like:
www.javascripts.com
and type form in the search engine.
probably already a custom solution you can use.
