What I understand (I think) is that you now have the mshtml.pas file. Is this correct? If yes then your question here is answered and you should accept my contribution (if this was what you brought the solution, of course). For a short follow-up question I'm willing to answer here too.

no you don't need tlibimp for getting mshtml.pas. At least with Delphi 5 C/S (don't know about others) the pas file is already there. But if you don't have it already then just import the mshtml.tlb file into Delphi. This will create the pas file for you automatically. The tlb is in the system folder of your Windows installation.
