Need video driver for CPQ Presario 1245

I have a Compaq Presario model 1245 laptop.  I want to scrub my hard disk, however, do not want to use the recovery disk to do this.  I want the computer configuration to exclude all the garbage that the recovery disk plops on my hard drive.  Is there a way to find out where the video driver is on this recover disk?  Or is there a site on the net that might have this?

some recovery disk are ziped and coded check your recovery disk in the cdrom for a folder ,should say drivers ,or install,if so look in this folder for video adaptor driver or install program also if you clean install windows ,the win98 or 95 cd will give it a driver (may be a standard vga or could be the correct driver)win98 is pretty good about assigning the correct driver for laptop video adaptors

On the compaq site you find the drivers, i'm sure.
