The only utility that comes close is AccessToVB:

http://www.gfminc.com/accessto.htm

Go to

Try to download at
http://ftp.cgvb.com/pub/misc/vbbrdgsh.zip

"Visual Bridge is a software module which wil translate forms from Access to Visual Basic format.   Forms created in Access, which must normally be reproduced manually in VB, are translated in seconds.  The converted forms retain the same functionality
as the originals."
