How to get multiple copies
I have a Canon BJC-240 When I am making more than one copy or need more than one copy at a time the window for this opption is grayed out and i canot get it to allow me to sellect more than one copy at a time ,is this normal or isthere something I ca do to open and be able to use this feature????
Have a look in the properties and see if there is a paper handling option, if there is make sure it is not set to 'manual feed' this sometimes greys out he multiple copies box.

Thanks for your reply to all. Braincassin this after checking only accures when usuing Dessign essentials for fyers and buisness cards and when I am printing from scanner

Oh yes Design esentials is put out with Cannon and came as solftware With Printer
mustek has no information whatsoever on this
canon has no information about there design essentials program ...
did you check what steveb 49 suggested in those two applications ? if you did and it is set for automatic for the tray then those applications apparently do not support multiple copies

Thanks I appreciate your efferts and you have been a great help at least now I know its not me
you may want to reload the printer driver it may be corrupted however the application may not support the option you mention
I would try printing from several applications such as MSword, Excel, wordpad and when you go to file and print see if the option is greyed out if so then either the driver is corrupted or the driver for the printer does not support the option.
You could try loading an emulation driver I believe the printer you have is PCL 3c compliant try going into the add printer wizard and using an HP550c or 560c series deskjet driver. and select that driver in the application if you can then print multiple copies then you know it is a problem with the printers software.
