I am trying to get the latest drivers for a modem and when I took a look<br />
under Control Panel -&gt; Modems , well this is what it gaves me for the modem :<br />

WS-3314JS3 Voice Fax Data FDSP PnP<br />
<br />
So I am trying to figure out for one, what its name and or who's making it and if I can get the propper drivers for it. I've tried everything, I've searched and searched and have been uncessful, so I am trying to see if anything can &nbsp;be done without opening the case. I am weary of doing that, since its not my computer. <br />
