Can I use PC100 memory (SD RAM) in a motherboard with 66 MHZ bus speed?

Can provide motherboard name and type if needed.

I have a Gigabyte GA-586TX3 motherboard and I've tried what you're asking. I have both a  pc66 and a pc100 RAM on the motherboard and they're running together fine. I didn't need to play around with the BIOS in this case either. You may as well try it, as pc100 is cheaper than pc66 now, and even if it doesn't work you'll probably be able to use it in you next motherboard
