Well, not really. AzraSound posted one minute before the second person according to the time stamp. The two answers were the same with ony the variable names changed, but because of how closely together they were posted and how this question could have only one real answer (I think), it wasn't a case of copy paste.
Then the poster chose the second post over the first.

Of what? illegitimate points awarded? No, it doesn't appear to be increasing.
