System Error Messages in Server 2000

I am getting the following Error Mesages that I have been unable to find KB help with:

This host can not be ACS since the Active Directory has not been properly configured via the QoS ACS management console. Please configure the subnets via the QoS ACS mangement console. Event ID: 10035 Source: RSVP

QoS RSVP has failed to find any interfaces with traffic control enabled. Install QoS traffic control services via network and dial-up connections. Event ID: 10047 Source: RSVP

Unable to add the interface Internal with the Router Manager for the IP protocol. The following error occurred: The parameter is incorrect. Event ID: 20106 Souce: RemoteAccess

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

there is "error and event message help" in the win2k reskit:

Event Message:
This host can not be ACS since the Active Directory has not been properly configured via the QoS ACS management console. Please configure the subnets via the QoS ACS mangement console.

Explanation:
This event record indicates that the Admission Control Service (ACS) is install, but not configured correctly.

User Action:
Read the ACS help file for information on how to properly configure ACS.

Remote Access Server was unable to start. There are either no dialin ports configured or no protocols configured for dialin. Check your configuration to ensure that one or more dialin ports and one or more protocols are configured for Remote Access.
