Hi,

How to set the A4 size paper as default size in the Data Report? Do I have to set the Top Margin, Left Margin, Bottom Margin, Right Margin?

no you dont have to do that just say
Me.Printer.PaperSize = 9
in the report initialize or report start event

i think that it would work
