Calling Card Setup

I have a W2K Pro laptop and I use AT&T Global Dialer as my dialup ISP.

I am trying to setup a Calling Card dialing in modem dial properties.

I have been unable to create a successful calling card entry.  How is this done in Windows 2000?

When all else fails, you can always tell the dialer to ignore the rules and let you specify the number, then just put in the whole stream of dialing digits..

BUT, this is how it's supposed to work.

Create the dial-up-connection. Then enable dialing-rules.

Go to the dial-up connection and click on RULES.

Now in Dialing Rules, you see "Modem Options" and "Location". Click on EDIT to edit the location.

The LOCATION dialog has 3 tabs. General, Area-Code, and Calling Card. Setup your calling card here.
