Images are not displaying in HTML type e-mail messages

I receive a daily newsletter through my notes email in an HTML format.  This works great except the images never appear.  Is there a setting somewhere that I need to set?

Never got a solution to this question although just recently our ADMIN has got it working... I don't think even he knows what he did but it now works most of the time.

Ok, the problem with us was we are behind a proxy server.  He had to go into the location document and specify the proxy settings.

I think I should delete this question... our admin solved the problem a long time ago(I don't remember what he did).  Anyway, I don't see a delete button anymore!
