I installed Active Perl and a Perlcode editor today...
Which software do I use to change a files attributes to:
chmod +755 test.cgi ?

chmod +755 test.cgi -- it's for unix
Active Perl  -- for Windows
therefore needless "chmod +755 test.cgi" under Windows
