I have a client list which i need to send an invite to.
The invite has text and graphic content. I wish to send this to them so when they click the mail the invite pops up. As opposed to a file attatchment which they have to click to download or view.

I am working through Microsoft Outlook.

The invite can be either HTML or as a single JPG. The important thing is the automatic view.

Can anybody help with this ?

Ive tried to 'send' thru word. The text arives but i get blank boxes where the graphics should be.

Downloaded the software suggested, but there does not seem to be any support for MS oulook database. Is this correct?
Where is the Ms oulook database (client e-mail list) held?

Thankyou,

Sledge
