-Use http://windowsupdate.microsoft.com/ for updates.. & use indows Critical Update Notification 3.0 for alerts when updates are available..
-Install qcheck to install several hot fixes with just one reboot.... & qfecheck to track what has been installed..

This one is good too

http://www.infosyssec.net/

but there's no All4All site on this arg, what I could
suggest is visiting some of these sites and subscribing
to one (or more) mailing lists such as the Microsoft One
and some others, this way You could keep Yourself informed

P.S.  For any year 2000 questions, special attention is needed to ensure the first correct response is awarded, since they are not in the comment date order, but rather in Member ID order.
