The following links to planet source code (I don't usually like using there examples but some of these are actually quite good) will help you get started. Both of the first two I have tried and seem to work pretty well so give them a go.

Mr.TimCottee, I have tried this two example:

http://www.planetsourcecode.com/xq/ASP/txtCodeId.11391/lngWId.1/qx/vb/scripts/ShowCode.htm

http://www.planetsourcecode.com/xq/ASP/txtCodeId.10129/lngWId.1/qx/vb/scripts/ShowCode.htm

but both have a same error of "Axtive X component cant create object" why?

(p/s: where should i put the xvoice.dll? in windows\system? same path with he programme? actually i put at this 2 places already, but keep having the same error mentioned.)

MrTerrence, I have it in \Winnt\Speech but it doesn't really matter where it is as long as you have registered it using regsvr32:

Regsvr32.exe \windows\system\xvoice.dll

Should do it.
