Netware servers syncro

I have 2 Netware servers (ver 4.1 and 5), how can i syncro both servers time? I mean, usually there's a minutes diference between the servers time. Is there some way to set a server like a kind of 'master time' and force the other server to sycnro with it? Thanks.
