How can i creat startup disk online?
i mean is there a site for creating startup disks...

If you are using Windows 95 or 98 (any version) the best start up disk available can be created with a program called the "Ultimate Boot Disk".  Go to the site listed below and download the appropriate file to your hard drive.  It will have to be unzipped.  Once you do that, double-click on the .EXE file to begin the process.  You must have one 3.5" floppy disk available and insert it into your floppy drive when requested.  The program will format the disk and then copy all the necessary files to the floppy as well as add a few of its own.  When you're finished, remove the disk, write-protect it and then store it in a safe place for possible future use.  Better yet.  Before you put it away, try it out and make sure it works.
