If you are using Windows 95 or 98 (any version) the best start up disk available can be created with a program called the &quot;Ultimate Boot Disk&quot;. &nbsp;Go to the site listed below and download the appropriate file to your hard drive. &nbsp;It will have to be unzipped. &nbsp;Once you do that, double-click on the .EXE file to begin the process. &nbsp;You must have one 3.5&quot; floppy disk available and insert it into your floppy drive when requested. &nbsp;The program will format the disk and then copy all the necessary files to the floppy as well as add a few of its own. &nbsp;When you're finished, remove the disk, write-protect it and then store it in a safe place for possible future use. &nbsp;Better yet. &nbsp;Before you put it away, try it out and make sure it works.<br />
