Hi everybody,

I am working in an application that will populate a grid with the output of a TQuery component.

The same TQuery is used as datasource for a QuickReport report. I want to save the reports (*.Qpr) files and then be able to load them when desired to the preview form.

I have got this algoritsm (assuming that 'somefile.qrp' already exists)

uses .....,qrExtra;
.
.
.

Procedure tForm1.Button1Click ( Sender:tObject)
Begin
 With tQrHandler.Create Do
 Try
   Filename := 'somefile.qrp';
   preview;
   // Or Pritn;
 finally
   Free;
 End;
End;

However, when I tried to compile my application, Delphi generates and error message saying that tQrHandler is an unrecognized identifier.

Any ideas how to solve this one???

Thanks,

Milton

geobul, I am accepting your answer since your suggestion allow me to do exactly what I asked for.

Now I have a different issue to deal with. Would you mind to have a look to my new question titled "D5 - QR3 How to create a dynamic report?"

I would appreciated it very much if you can give me a hand with that.  One more time thatks a lot.
