How much does each additonal sql server 2000 per-seat CAL costs??

I understand that the sql server enterprise edition costs approximately $11,000 with 10 CALs. How much would each additional client access license cost?

You might want to also check out http://www.microsoft.com/sql/howtobuy/pricing/default.asp
and evaluation if the per processor licensing model is more cost-effective for you.
